The existing Doyle Conner storage facility is a 1,588 SF concrete block and brick building located at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in Gainesville, FL. It was originally designed to produce fumigation, but as that need became obsolete the FDACS aimed to repurpose it for more useful storage. Years of wear and tear had left this building needing a facelift and Level was able to update the facade and make it a more attractive feature of their site. The building also received various interior & exterior repairs, a new ramped driveway for easier access and better drainage, and a raised slab to mitigate moisture intrusion.
