The Tower Hill Insurance building is a 15,000 sq. ft. 2-story office facility located in the Markets West neighborhood in Gainesville, FL. The building was one of the first in Markets West, establishing the design standards for those to follow. The modern industrial exterior brings a new design language to Gainesville’s west side, and the built-to-suit interior was designed to showcase the client’s branding and company values. Bright blues, cool grays, and dark metals are mixed with warm cherry wood tones and playful lighting for a balance of modern and natural. One of the most important goals of the project was to bring in plenty of natural light, which it achieves with lots of windows and an open concept that allows light to reach every habitable space.
