It’s not everyday we get to design a building to help people become faster and more fit, so when we began the project our goal was to help create a space that captured the spirit of the owner and loyal clientele. Located in the Markets West development, this 3,500 SF workout facility provides a simple shell design with a functional interior layout and open spaces for maximum flexibility over time. The exterior materials and palette were designed as part of the overall development, for quality and low maintenance over time.
